Well, for the time being anyway, I am posting at my new blog,

I may revisit this one occasionally, but I must admit I lost my enthusiasm for the title after I actually watched the movie, "The Barefoot Contessa." Ava Gardner, gorgeous, but without an ounce of sense, and a really bad Spanish accent.
Anyway, I am much more happy with a title that reflects a wonderful book AND movie, "A Room With a View."
